What You'll Be Doing Operate hydraulic hammer equipment safely and efficiently to support production goals Break oversized rock and material to maintain consistent processing flow Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly Monitor work areas and adjust operations to maintain safety and productivity Follow site procedures and communicate effectively with team members to support operations What Are We Looking For Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in an industrial or quarry environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify basic equipment concerns Effective communication and teamwork skills in a production-focused setting Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to adapt to changing operational needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
