Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, cranes, and dump trucks with precision and safety awareness Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Handle materials efficiently using material handling equipment including roll-off trucks and front loader trucks Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries on site Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, and material movement to support project timelines Conduct basic repairs or troubleshooting of construction machinery using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment operation and ensure smooth workflow across different phases of construction projects Requirements Proven experience operating construction machinery such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment Construction site experience with knowledge of safety regulations and occupational safety standards Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and adapt to changing project needs Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy loads, and operate machinery for extended periods in various weather conditions Join our team if you're passionate about construction work and eager to operate state-of-the-art equipment safely!
