We are seeking dedicated Heavy Equipment Operators for diverse civil site work in the Charleston area. Responsibilities Operate a range of heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and graders. Assist with manual labor tasks such as shoveling, trench work, and loading/unloading supplies. Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and safely. Be flexible and willing to assist in various areas of the project as needed. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and graders. Experience in fine grading is highly preferred. Familiarity with GPS technology for equipment operation. Reliable and punctual with a positive team-oriented attitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to submit to a drug test. Flexible availability for overtime and possible weekends. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
