Job Description

Silvers Plumbing & Mechanical is hiring an experienced Underground Utility Pipe Crew to lead sewer, water, and storm drain installation projects. We are looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to run a productive crew, read plans, maintain grade, operate efficiently, and get work completed safely and correctly. This is not an entry-level position. We want someone who takes pride in production, quality workmanship, and leading from the front.
What We're Looking For:
Experience installing sewer, water, and storm systems Ability to lead and manage a pipe crew effectively Experience reading blueprints and cut sheets Knowledge of grades, lasers, elevations, and layout Ability to coordinate with operators, laborers, inspectors, and project managers Strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements CDL preferred but not required Ability to keep projects moving and solve problems in the field
Responsibilities:
Lead daily pipe crew operations Ensure production goals are met Install utilities according to plans and specifications Maintain safety and quality standards Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower Train and develop crew members Communicate with supervisors and project management

Pay:
$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
