Minimum Qualifications Ø High school diploma or GED required. Ø Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver's license and abstract. CDL license. Ø Three (3) or more years of previous truck driving experience and transportation experience, including loading and unloading equipment. Ø Must be able to safely operate a forklift or tow motor. Ø Must be able to operate various types of construction equipment or have the aptitude and willingness to be trained on the operation of various types of construction equipment. Ø Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and strong customer service focus. Ø Ability to develop, maintain and manage strong customer relationships with construction and other similar industry customers. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ø Demonstrates a sense of urgency and self-initiative, and the personal drive to be successful. Ø Excellent communication skills. Ø Demonstrates a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with customers, management and dealership co-workers. Ø Must be dependable. Arrive at work on time when scheduled, fully ready to work. Ø Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing. Ø Must be honest, reliable and dependable, and display a positive attitude. Ø Must be able to work well under occasional pressure or within work standards and deadlines. Ø Must be able to work independently and/or with others in aa team environment. Ø Must be able to work a standard five-day schedule, including daily overtime and occasional weekend hours as needed. Physical Requirements Ø Able to lift 50-80 pounds occasionally.
