Responsibilities Build strong working relationships Operate and maintain heavy equipment and trucks (Class A CDL is required) Maintain a gravel road blading district Haul gravel to stockpiles and roads Plow snow on paved and gravel roads Perform ditch cleaning and grading projects Service equipment and support shop operations Qualifications Maintaining a valid Iowa Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and proof of insurance Passing a pre-employment health assessment, background check, and driving history check Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing is required for this position Competitive wages, IPERS pension plan, affordable health insurance with low deductible, employer-paid life and accident insurance, access to dental and vision insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.
