Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and reliable Skid Loader Operator with a valid Class A CDL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating Bobcat skid steers (FOOT
CONTROLS
) and related equipment while safely transporting machinery and materials to and from job sites. Responsibilities Operate skid steers / mini excavators and other compact equipment safely and efficiently Load, transport, and unload equipment. Transport to and from jobs with Class A CDL Rig. Perform concrete removals, curb grinding, grading, material handling, and site preparation tasks Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members Maintain a clean and organized work area and truck
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record Proven experience operating skid loaders/skid steers Knowledge of construction site safety practices Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction or excavation experience Equipment hauling experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (a plus) How to
