This energetic role offers the opportunity to work overnight hours while providing essential towing and roadside assistance services. Duties Safely operate light-duty tow trucks, including flatbed and standard tow trucks, to transport vehicles efficiently and securely. Perform vehicle recovery towing including both accident towing, and standard vehicle transport. Secure cargo and vehicles following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks using manual transmission skills and mechanical knowledge. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting stranded motorists, explaining procedures clearly, and maintaining professionalism at all times. Follow all safety procedures related to driving, cargo securement, and vehicle recovery towing to ensure a safe work environment. Requirements Valid driver's license with experience in commercial truck driving and flatbed operations. Experience with accident scene towing and police towing. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle mechanics for truck drivers and tow truck maintenance. Skilled in conflict management with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Experience with tow truck operation, including safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks using manual transmission skills. Knowledge of cargo securement protocols for safe transportation of vehicles. Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for managing equipment or cargo handling. Excellent driving record with experience in vehicle recovery towing and car towing services. Strong customer service skills combined with mechanical aptitude to assist clients effectively during roadside incidents. Ready to hit the road with us? Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
