Equipment Operator

D&B Landworks and Development is looking for experienced Equipment operators to join our team in Washington and Idaho. We are a very fast paced and efficient excavation team that produces high quality home excavation from residential track homes, Customs homes and commercial projects.. We work Monday through Friday and are offering 2 Full time positions. We are seeking 2 full time employees: First position eligible for hire is someone who has experience in an excavator and heavy equipment. This person must understand grade/elevations, water and sewer connections, proficiently final grade and be a team player, leader, take direction and able to work on their own. Experience is a

not required but is a plus. This will be a position is a Formans position, therefor a Company truck provided after probation period. The Second employee we are acquiring is an operator/labor. This person does not need experience running equipment but it would be highly preferred. Checking Grade, Building Water and Sewer connections under a foreman, operating Loader, skid steer ect. Assisting the foreman in any daily tasks needed. Someone who is not afraid of manual labor, and flexible with job duties. Pay for both positions are DOE but competitive. Serious inquires only.
