Job Description

Heavy Equipment Operator - Septic & Excavation CDA Septic Systems is a busy, locally owned septic, sewer, water and excavation contractor in Coeur d'Alene. We're looking for a skilled equipment operator to run excavator and skid steer on our septic installs, drainfields, water and sewer lines, and the site work behind them. If you can dig clean, set to grade, and work safe around utilities, we'll keep you on good machines and busy jobs. What you'll do Operate excavator and skid steer for trenching, grading, digging, backfill and site prep Dig and set to plan on septic installs, drainfields and utility lines — to depth, to grade, to code Work safely and carefully around underground utilities and on residential and lakefront sites Load, move and place material; keep the jobsite moving and support the crew Do daily equipment checks and help keep the machines in good shape What we're looking for Real time on a machine — excavator and/or skid steer The feel to dig clean and set grade without babysitting Septic, utility or site-work experience is a plus Reliable, safety-minded, and shows up ready to work Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required) Why CDA Busy, steady work with good, well-maintained equipment Locally owned, 5.0 stars across 224 Google reviews — the strongest record in the area A tight crew that has your back, and real room to grow
Pay:
$28-$34/hr DOE.
