PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
Operates equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures. The base compensation range for this role is $47.15
  • $63.
50 per hour. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Operates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project: 1. Blade 2. Dozer 3. Loader 4. Scraper 5. Forklift/Telehandler 6. Crane 7. Bobcat/Skid-steer 8. Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts 9. Roller
  • Follows prescribed safety regulations
  • Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
  • Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
  • Observes equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
  • Follows work plans and pre-task cards
  • Other duties and responsibilities

  • Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Equipment certifications as required
  • A minimum of one year of related experience
  • Must possess valid driver's license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
