We are seeking a Division Manager / Field Supervisor to lead on-call emergency response operations and oversee field teams delivering critical railroad services. Position Summary As a key management team member, you will supervise laborers and equipment operators performing: Re-railing and railcar clearing Material/commodity handling and stockpiling Engineering reconstruction and panel rail inventory Track maintenance, grading, and right-of-way clearing Lift services and vacuum truck operations General contract support for railroad clients This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to manage crews in physically demanding, all-weather outdoor environments. Key Requirements Valid driver's license 3-5 years of supervisory experience with heavy mechanical equipment (railroad or heavy construction preferred) Ability to respond to emergency calls 24/7/365 Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., Cat 583 side boom, Cat 325+, Cat 977, grapple trucks, vacuum trucks) Clean driving record Proven leadership capabilities in high-stress field operations Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather Why Hulcher?
