Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment on a local farm. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Equipment Operator will ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, dozers, cranes, and loaders to perform various construction tasks. Manage the operation of concrete mixers, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and front loader trucks as needed. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Transport materials and equipment to designated locations on the construction site. Assist in site preparation and cleanup activities as required. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or issues promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a Farming environment is preferred. Valid Driver's License Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to heavy machinery operation. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus but

Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment including Caterpillar machinery, concrete mixers, dozers, loaders, excavators, cranes, and dump trucks.
