GPS DOZER OPERATOR
Job description: Oak Hill Contractors, LLC is a family-owned, dirt excavating business in the Southern Illinois Region. Oak Hill Contractors, LLC believes in fostering a team-oriented, family environment while maximizing production and timeliness to enhance positive outcomes for our clients. We specialize in land reclamation, land clearing, revegetation, drain projects, and brush mowing. We contract with coal mines, landfills, quarries, USACE, and many other entities. Position Overview Oak Hill is actively recruiting Experienced GPS Dozer Operators for short- and long-term contract jobs in the Southern Illinois region, throughout the Midwest, and many other areas. Applicants must be self-motivated, safety conscious, and efficient in the areas of production and quality. Surface 50023 MSHA papers highly preferred. Qualified applicants must have the following: Fine Grading Skills Topcon operating system skills ( preferred ) Ability to lead a group within a crew. Be able to communicate well with other employees on dirt placement, etc. Forward thinking and proper planning as a job progresses Ability to put flat planes to grade as well as ditch shaping and elevation checks.
MUST HAVE GPS EXPERIENCE
Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
