In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials efficiently across construction sites. Your expertise will help ensure smooth project workflows, safety compliance, and timely completion of tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and contribute to large-scale construction projects. Duties Operate loaders, excavators, dozers, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment with precision and safety in mind Load and unload materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and construction supplies onto trucks or designated areas Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly Assist with site preparation activities including grading, leveling, and site clearing using appropriate machinery Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Collaborate with team members to coordinate material movement and support other construction activities as needed Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and materials moved during shifts Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, backhoes, water trucks, or dump trucks Mechanical knowledge to perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for operating certain vehicles like dump trucks or tanker trucks Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments Knowledge of Caterpillar (CAT) equipment or similar brands is advantageous Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're eager to bring your heavy equipment expertise into a fast-paced construction environment! Pay:
