Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate construction machinery and commercial trucks on diverse projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality transportation and construction utility work. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety regulations and possess a strong mechanical aptitude to maintain equipment properly. Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, and backhoes to perform excavation, grading, and utility work on construction sites Drive commercial trucks to transport materials safely across job sites and between locations Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Assist with construction utility locating to identify underground utilities before excavation or digging activities Follow federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures diligently during all operations Support construction site activities by performing utility work, grading, and other related tasks as needed Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and other related equipment Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial truck driving responsibilities Knowledge of construction utility work, excavation processes, and site safety protocols Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures Construction site experience with an emphasis on grading, utility locating, and utility installation or repair Ability to perform construction grading tasks accurately using heavy equipment Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, professionalism, and the drive to deliver exceptional service on every project!
