Job Description

Broadband of Indiana, LLC (BOI) is a telecommunication company. We install and maintain the lines and cables used by network communications companies. Here at BOI you will enjoy being a part of a team. We are committed to supporting each other and building teamwork. Currently, we are looking for an Equipment Operator to work in the New Albany, IN area. Responsibilities Read and understand work orders. Dig and execute job duties according to print/maps. Operate a Backhoe/Mini Excavator. Qualifications 1 years' experience operating a Backhoe/Mini Excavator. 2 years' work experience around existing utility. Valid CDL driver's license. Must be over 21 years of age. Knowledge in OSHA, NESC, NEC and other similar construction guidelines. Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. as needed with or without assistance. Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers in a clear & professional manor. Ability to set up & maintain safe work areas. Ability to work in all weather conditions. This job position is in a field setting. All jobs will be performed in the Southern Indiana allowing the candidate to be home daily. When working in the field, weather conditions, such as extreme cold or heat, rain, snow, ice and wind should be expected. Background check, pre-employment drug screening and MVR will be run on Candidate.
