Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. The Equipment Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed safely and on schedule. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, mowers, and motor grader. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Safely transport materials using water trucks and other vehicles as needed. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery. Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites as necessary. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Skills Would prefer commercial driving with valid licenses for heavy equipment operation, but willing to train. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely within a construction site environment. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail and commitment to following safety standards.
