We're one of the world's leading practitioners of circularity, transforming materials from the animal agriculture and food industries into valuable ingredients. Ingredients that nourish people, feed animals and crops, and fuel the world with renewable energy. The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of material for processing. Employee will receive training to be able to safely operate a Front End Loader and learn how to use this piece of equipment to mix raw materials, unload and load product to meet production goals. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Operates yard and plant equipment to load materials. Maintains raw material mixture.

Maintains contact with operator to ensure most efficient mix rate.

Performs daily maintenance on loader before each shift.

Washes plant equipment, vehicles, and processing areas as necessary using high pressure power washer.

Performs general cleaning as needed in work areas.

Keeps area clean; raw materials piled out of driving area.

Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.

All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience in loader operation.

Demonstrated solid work history required.

Must have flexibility to be able to work weekends, holidays or to cover other shifts as business needs arise. Preferred Qualifications Basic math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.

Good oral and written skills; able to follow oral and written directions.

Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
