This position involves operating various types of heavy machinery and performing labor-intensive tasks in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating GPS Dozer, skid steers, excavators, with a strong mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including equipment for various construction tasks. Assist in building and excavating projects by preparing sites and materials. Dig trenches and perform backfilling operations while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery and performing labor tasks. Requirements Proven experience in loader operation, bulldozing, or similar heavy equipment operation. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Ability to perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving materials. Valid driving license. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
