Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and dump trucks with precision and safety awareness Perform routine inspections and maintenance on construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist in site preparation activities, including grading, excavation, and site clearing Coordinate with team members to execute construction tasks smoothly and efficiently Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and safety checks Requirements Proven experience operating construction machinery such as bulldozers (dozers), loaders, excavators, cranes (including tower cranes), backhoes, and other heavy equipment Knowledge of hydraulics systems, mechanical maintenance, and basic hand tools for troubleshooting equipment issues Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and procedures for equipment operation Ability to perform routine maintenance on heavy machinery and recognize potential mechanical issues early Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and teamwork Physical ability to operate heavy equipment for extended periods in various weather conditions Join our team to be part of a vibrant work environment where your skills make a tangible difference!
