Job Description
Graf Brothers Flooring, Inc is seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Front-End Loader Operator for their South Shore, Kentucky location. The Front-End Loader Operator will operate an articulated, rubber-tired machine equipped with front mounted hydraulically powered log forks used to load/unload log trucks and transport logs to desired organized rows.

Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 4:30PM Job Responsibilities:
Properly follow company handbook and OSHA safety procedures Be familiar with and incorporate information from loader operators manual Inspect equipment for safety prior to use Perform daily maintenance on loader including but not limited to, fueling, greasing and any other preventative maintenance required of loader, while maintaining documentation of said tasks Demonstrate excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and all site visitors at all times Maintain cleanliness of loader at all times Load/Unload log trucks Understand log marks from cab of loader Maintain log species/grade/row organization Maintain effective communication between Log Buyer, Office personnel, truck drivers & any other related individuals at all times Maintain grounds Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications:
2+ years of front-end loader experience required Knowledge of heavy-equipment operating principles and procedures Ability to operate loader under varying weather conditions High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred but not required Provide valid documentation for I-9 Must pass pre-employment drug screen and be willing to subject to random drug screen during employment Ability to work scheduled hours with dependability and consistency Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends when needed Follow all employee handbook policies and procedures Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures Ability to communicate effectively with team members as well as customers & vendorsBenefits:
