Job Description

Under close supervision, operates trucks and light equipment used in road and drainage construction and maintenance work. Available for recall to work after normal working hours due to emergency situations Knowledge/Skills Valid Vehicle operator's permit minimum Class E License with CDL Class B or Class A required with necessary endorsements for certain equipment operation. Education/Experience • High school graduate or equivalent •Operator I - One (1) year experience in operating two or more of the following types of equipment: dump truck, flatbed truck, tractor with blade or bush hog, slope mower, front end loader, broom, or roller Operator II - Class A CDL with 4 years of experience
