Job Summary:

Waste Connections is hiring an Equipment Operator for our Bossier City Transfer Station. This is a physically demanding position ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating an excavator. In this position, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the transfer station.

What You'll Do:

Back into the building to hook up to empty trailers, unhook the truck, and operate an excavator to move and mange solid waste at the transfer station Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area Perform daily inspections of equipment and report issues promptly Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols Support team needs and step in wherever needed to keep operations moving What You Need to

Bring:
