Job Summary Heavy Equipment Operator - Snow Removal (Seasonal)
Location:
Beverly, MA Area Pay:
$60-75 per hour (based on experience) Personal Touch Landscaping is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our snow and ice team for the upcoming winter season. We are committed to providing our operators with reliable and new equipment. If you're dependable, experienced, and ready to work during winter weather events, we want to hear from you. Consistent winter work with plenty of hours available for every snow event, including snow pushbacks and post-storm cleanup. Expected to be on site from the start to end of every winter event. Must be available and on call 24/7 for all snow events. What You'll Do Safely operate skid steers, front-end loaders, and other heavy equipment to clear snow from commercial properties. Follow designated site maps and snow removal procedures to ensure each property is serviced efficiently. Report to assigned locations on time and prepared for each snow event. Remain available throughout the winter season for all scheduled snow operations, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed. Work extended hours during larger snowstorms until routes are completed. Qualifications Previous experience operating skid steers, front-end loaders, or similar heavy equipment. Ability to work in changing weather conditions and flexible schedules during the winter season. Valid Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License (required). Snow removal or commercial plowing experience is preferred.
Pay:
$60.00 - $75.00 per hour
