• Daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways and restrooms
• Basic building maintenance and repairs, such as light painting and changing light bulbs
• Basic landscape maintenance of outside areas, as needed Required qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
