What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
- Daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways and restrooms
- Basic building maintenance and repairs, such as light painting and changing light bulbs
- Basic landscape maintenance of outside areas, as needed Required qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
