The role:
We're looking for a reliable person to operate a front-end loader and a Doppstadt trommel screener at our Groton facility. You will be a part of a 5 person team responsible for intaking food scraps daily and producing compost year round.
Training & Licensing:
Experience is preferred but not required. For the right candidate we'll train you and even pay for your MA hoisting license if you don't have one.
Room to grow:
You could start as an operator and potentially move into a site foreman or regional manager role as we continue to expand. Who we're looking for: We are looking for a hard worker and natural leader. Ideally you have some experience in; equipment operating and maintenance, grading, concrete?, and/or composting.
Pay & Schedule:
It's a full-time, 40-hour-a-week gig paying $23-25 per hour. We offer overtime, weekend work, and are flexible with planned time off.
