We are expanding our winter operations and looking for skilled Loader Operators and Skid Steer Operators to join our team. Build your career with the best! - Top pay: $20.00 - $55.00/HR (based on experience & equipment qualifications)

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment expertly and safely, including front-end loaders and skid steer for snow and ice removal
- Clear designated sites such as schools, parking lots, and roads following sites maps and supervisor directions
- Manage and relocate snow, including loading into trucks and strategically stockpiling to maintain access and visibility
- Conduct equipment inspections, complete daily pre- and post-operation checks and reporting mechanical issues
- Follow all company safety protocols, maintaining awareness of surroundings, blind spots, and site conditions
- Communicate regularly with supervisors/dispatchers and complete daily work logs
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- MA Hoisting license (2C, 2D) appropriate for equipment
- 2 years of snow removal experience
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs and perform substantial physical activity
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work variable hours, including nights and on-call shifts
- Operators must have their personal cold weather gear (snow clothing, boots, hat, gloves)
