Class A CDL Driver Employment:
Full-Time Tri Town Services is looking for a dependable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Rochester, MA. We are a towing, heavy-haul, transportation, and service company looking for a driver who is comfortable operating commercial equipment and takes pride in working safely and professionally. Job Responsibilities Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and professionally Transport construction equipment, machinery, and other loads Operate lowbed, Landoll, dump trailer, and other trailers as needed Properly load, secure, chain, and bind equipment Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, dispatch, and other employees Keep assigned trucks and equipment clean and presentable Assist with towing, recovery, equipment moves, and other company operations when needed Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Current DOT medical card Clean and acceptable driving record Knowledge of proper load securement Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers in construction sites, tight areas, and changing road conditions Dependable and able to report to work on time Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must take pride in equipment and treat company trucks as their own Heavy equipment, lowbed, Landoll, towing, or heavy-haul experience is a plus Mechanical knowledge is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and willing to work . This is a hands-on driving position, and the ideal candidate is comfortable with more than simply driving from point A to point B. Tri Town Services handles a wide variety of work, so no two days are necessarily the same . Drivers may be hauling equipment, moving machinery, supporting towing and recovery operations, or assisting with other transportation projects.
