Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites. This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Duties Operate heavy equipment including excavators and skid steers. Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Safely transport materials using dump trucks and trailers. Collaborate with construction team to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use. Follow project plans and specifications to complete assigned tasks accurately. Skills Proven experience in heavy equipment operation with a focus on construction machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
