Baltimore, MD | $23-$25/hr | Full-Time | Overtime | Year-Round Work Condustrial is hiring an experienced Dozer Operator for a full-time position at an active industrial coal yard in Baltimore, MD. This position requires previous hands-on experience operating D6-D10-size dozers. You will complete a hands-on dozer operating test as part of the hiring process. Pay $23.00/hour starting pay $25.00/hour after 90 days Overtime opportunities Consistent, year-round work Schedule — Please Read Before Applying This is a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule.

Day Shift:

6:00 AM-6:00

PM Night Shift:

6:00 PM-6:00 AM Rotation between days and nights is required Schedule includes weekends and holidays This is NOT a Monday-Friday position and the shift rotation is not optional. But this is year round work, no lay offs for weather or lack of work. What You'll Do Operate D6-D10-size dozers to move coal and other material Push, spread, stockpile, and manage material throughout the yard Safely operate equipment around active industrial operations Perform basic equipment inspections before and during shifts Assist with yard operations as needed Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements Work outdoors in changing weather and site conditions What We're Looking For You MUST have: At least 2 years of hands-on dozer operating experience Experience operating D6-D10-size dozers or comparable heavy dozers Ability to successfully complete a hands-on dozer operating test Valid driver's license Your own vehicle Ability to work both DAY and NIGHT 12-hour rotating shifts Ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, dust, mud, and other industrial conditions Pre-Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successfully completing: Background check Hair-follicle drug screening, including THC This Job Is a
