What You'll Be Doing Every day is a little different, but you can expect to: Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, excavators, and dozers. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. Put safety first—always—while following company policies and industry regulations. Work outdoors in an active quarry environment where no two days are exactly alike. Team up with supervisors and coworkers to keep production moving efficiently. Use your experience and problem-solving skills to help tackle challenges and keep operations on track. Pitch in wherever needed because great teams help each other succeed. You're a Great Fit If You... Have experience operating heavy equipment. Enjoy working outside and don't mind getting a little dusty. Take pride in working safely and doing the job right. Like staying busy and working as part of a team. Don't mind occasional overtime or weekend work when production calls for it. Bonus Points If You Have Quarry, mining, construction, or aggregate experience. Preventive maintenance or equipment lubrication experience. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
