Heavy Equipment Operator -Excavator / Skid Loader We are hiring skilled equipment operators for industrial construction work. This role requires strong excavator experience, precision digging ability, and willingness to support the crew outside of equipment when needed. Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX) Health coverage options;eligibility typically begins after 60 days Dental and vision options 401K option Company-paid group life insurance Paid holidays after eligibility requirements PTO earned by hours worked Pay & Schedule $25-$28/hour Monday-Thursday (40 hours) Overtime may be available Scope of Work Operate excavators (Komatsu preferred) for foundation pier excavation and site development Perform precise digging to grade while maintaining safe trenching practices Operate skid loaders for material movement and site support Read grade stakes and follow site plans to execute accurate cuts and depths Assist with ground operations, labor tasks, and crew support as needed Maintain equipment awareness and operate safely in active industrial environments Requirements Proven experience operating excavators on construction or civil sites Ability to dig to grade and perform foundation or structural excavation Experience with Komatsu equipment preferred Capable of operating skid loaders and supporting multiple site functions Willingness to work outside of equipment as part of the crew Strong safety awareness and communication on active jobsites Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Hashtags #TradeWorX #WorkWithTheBest #TradeWorX-Harrisburg #WorkingForYou
