Heavy Duty Tow Operator

We are currently looking for Full Time Heavy Duty Tow Truck operators. We work directly with various law enforcement agencies, commercial accounts and the general public in providing towing, transport and recovery services. We are seeking self-motivated, hard-working, ethical people with problem solving abilities. You must be a team player, have good driving skills and be mechanically inclined. Our company operates 24/7 every day of the year, you will have to be flexible and willing to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Tow Truck Operators Responsibilities:

Assist with all aspects of Towing, Recovery, Transport, and HAZMAT Mitigation from scenes Tow and haul with heavy duty wreckers and tractor trailers. Assist in mechanic shop when towing duties are light. Inspect company vehicles and maintain all equipment in compliance with safety standards Communicating with dispatcher in person, via telephone and electronically Interact with customers in a friendly professional manner

Tow Truck Operators Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL Current Medical Card linked with operators license (as required by Maine law) Able to pass drug screen, background check, and DOT physical requirements Strong communication skills Mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills Authorized to work in the United States Semi
