About the Job Accurate Construction Services, LLC (ACS), located in Brighton, MI is an underground contractor specializing in Electrical Excavation and Directional Boring in the Commercial, Industrial, and Retail markets servicing clients in Michigan. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. Position Operator w/opportunity for advancement Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, vibratory plow, directional drilling, etc). Loading and unloading materials/equipment. Follow all daily operational procedures as outlined in Accurate Construction Services' orientations, safety briefings, and site-specific training protocols. Conduct general maintenance and inspection of equipment Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment to ensure reliability and safety on site. Adhere strictly to company safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's License & Chauffer's License Hand & power tool experience Must have reliable means of transportation Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, climb and reach Ability to work in all weather conditions (includes extreme heat or extreme cold) Must be dependable and able to understand and follow directions Must comply with company policies, regulatory safety regulations and code requirements Drug and alcohol-free workplace, must be able to pass pre-employment testing Ability to professionally communicate with co-workers, customers & the general public The following items are considered for the position: Concrete Experience Excavator and heavy machinery experience is a plus CDL Class A w/Air license is a plus Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hourly Rate Determined by role, level, and experience Full time and offers competitive pay Benefits Benefit packages are available for full time employees including: Health, dental and vision Simple IRA (up to 3% matching) Paid holidays Paid vacations
