This role involves operating a variety of construction machinery and equipment in outdoor settings, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, cranes, dump trucks, water trucks, and farm machinery to support construction projects. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Handle material movement and site preparation tasks using appropriate machinery and hand tools. Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment. Adhere to occupational safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Assist with setup and breakdown of construction sites, including securing equipment and materials. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate operations and ensure project timelines are met. Requirements Proven experience operating construction machinery such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, cranes, front loader trucks, dump trucks, and water trucks. Construction site experience with knowledge of hydraulics, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently on-site. Familiarity with occupational safety regulation compliance and PPE use. $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
