This is a 3rd shift, overnight position. The Operator is responsible for operating a plow truck and/or equipment such as skid steers and loaders to remove snow from customer properties. Sign-on bonus available.

Drive and operate trucks, plows, loaders or skid steers to plow snow by pushing, dragging, and clearing driveways and parking lots and removing snow from customer sites. Operate machinery following safety and quality standards and customer specifications. Accurately read, follow, and record route progress using software programs. Flexes work schedule as business demands. Follows all safety, PPE, tool care, and housekeeping protocols. Reports to work on time each day, identifies and suggests job improvements, and strives for quality. Performs other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Reliable transportation. Valid chauffer license with clean record. Experience driving plow truck, skid steer, bobcat and other related equipment. Experience driving and operating a Salt Truck is a plusESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
While performing the duties of this job, the position is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme cold conditions. Heavy lifting and bending may be required. Must be able to lift and move minimum of 50 pounds, including bags of salt and machinery such as snow blowers. Maneuver and shovel snow if necessary, to either dig out a truck or clear a doorway.INCENTIVES
