Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loader Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials across construction sites. Your expertise will ensure the smooth flow of operations, safety, and efficiency on site. Responsibilities Operate loaders, backhoes, excavators, dozers, cranes, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently across construction sites. Load and unload materials such as gravel, dirt, concrete mix, and other supplies using front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, or farm machinery. Assist in preparing construction sites by moving materials and clearing debris to facilitate ongoing work. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries on site. Collaborate with team members to coordinate material deliveries and site logistics. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and operational logs. Skills Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment including loaders, dozers, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and tankers. Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery and ability to perform basic troubleshooting. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience driving front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, or roll-off trucks. Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and practices. Ability to read technical manuals and follow detailed instructions accurately. Knowledge of various machinery brands such as Caterpillar or similar equipment is a plus. Experience working with farm machinery or concrete mixers is advantageous for versatile site support.
