The Blue Horn Ranch in Fredericktown, MO is seeking a full-time, year-round Farm Operator to join our team. Duties include heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and other general farm work.

Job duties include:

Fence building and repair Operate and maintain heavy equipment Perform minor repairs & service on equipment and buildings General fieldwork such as seedbed preparation, disking, plowing, etc. Hay mowing, baling and moving bales Other farm duties as necessary and dependent on season

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates without these skills will NOT be considered. Must have experience using the following equipment: hay tedder hay rake disc mowers round baler square baler 15 ft Bush Hog skid steer excavator tractor Some cattle experience is ideal but not required. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a background check and drug test.
