Job Description Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Overhead Crane Operator in St. Charles, MO! Monday-Thursday | 5:00pm-3:30am | $24

Responsibilities:

Operate an overhead crane to safely lift and load metal wall panels onto trailers. Handle metal wall panels weighing approximately 1,000 pounds. Ensure materials are properly positioned and secured for transportation. Inspect the crane and lifting equipment before each shift and report any issues. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures. Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient loading process. Keep the work area clean and organized. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous overhead crane operating experience preferred. Ability to safely move and position heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
