Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and safety-minded Equipment Operators who are looking to grow their careers with a company that values leadership and advancement. This is not just an equipment operator position — it's a chance to step into a long-term role with clear growth potential.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate compact track loaders, bulldozers, excavators, scraper, and GPS Equipment (preferred) Work in various areas around greater Kansas City Area. Prepares construction sites for building, as shown on plans. Work is done on time, with high quality precision. Uses excavating machinery to excavate and backfill trenches for pipe installation. Able to work on jobs with minimal supervision performing site preparation, utilities and demolition. Operate equipment to grade building sites for site concrete/asphalt; parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, etc. Reliable transportation. Perform basic machine maintenance and light repairs

Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of heavy machinery capabilities. Ability to read civil building plans Mechanical aptitude Ability to follow instructions. Positive attitude and work ethic. High level of

Integrity Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of operating heavy machinery. Must be able to operate machinery in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift weight in excess of 50 pounds at a time.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
