Civil Equipment Operator KE Construction is looking for Civil Equipment Operators to join our civil crews. We're looking for moderately experienced operators who are comfortable running multiple pieces of equipment . You don't need to be a finish operator or an expert on every machine — but you should have solid equipment experience, a good work ethic, and a willingness to jump in wherever the crew needs you. What You'll Do Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, rollers, and other civil equipment Perform excavation, grading, backfill, site prep, material handling, and utility work Switch between equipment depending on the needs of the job Help with ground work when needed — we're a team Perform daily equipment checks and take care of the equipment you run Work safely and follow direction from Foremen and Superintendents What We're Looking For Previous heavy equipment experience in civil, excavation, or site work Comfortable operating more than one type of equipment Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Good attitude and team-first mentality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:

$26-$35/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:
