Coleman Industrial Construction is looking for a Operator and laborers to join our team. We do have work in and around Kansas City, MO, but many projects will require travel outside of Kansas City .

Position Summary:

The Operator and laborer will excavate, skidsteer, and perform other duties as assigned. The Operator will operate a variety of equipment to load and unload trucks, and perform other duties as assigned. The Operator may be asked to assist with other tasks as needed. The job requires driving a company vehicle to various locations within the company's territory. The ideal candidate should have good driving skills and be able to operate equipment to load or unload trucks.

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment for utility installation and base work
• Operates various equipment including hand tools, skidsteer, mini excavator, telehandler, etc.
• Perform concrete work and general labor responsibilities
• Maintains clean working area of equipment at all times.
• May be asked to assist with other tasks as needed.
• May be required to work overtime as needed.
• May be required to work in cold weather environment (frozen ground).
• May be required to wear gloves at all times when not operating equipment or when walking on frozen ground.
• May be required to wear safety glasses at all times when not operating equipment or when walking on frozen ground.
• May be asked to help unload truck if necessary.

Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull 50 lbs., as needed.
