Job Description
Local excavation company looking for a motivated Heavy Equipment Operator with high level of proficiency (Excavator, Loader, Dozer, Skid Steer, Haul Truck, etc.) to work in the Gallatin County and surrounding areas. We primarily do pond and stream developments and improvements or custom home foundations, etc. We offer competitive wage DOE with overtime pay. Holiday Pay. 401(k) and matching contributions after 1 year of service and 1000 hours. Along with vacation pay after one year. Daily Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Foundations to Excavate and Grade.
- Site Grade.
- Connection of Sewer and Water Services.
- Septic Systems and Drain Fields.
- Roads and Driveways.
- Loading Trucks and Placing Materials.
- Perform minor servicing and routine maintenance to equipment.
- Run a laser and grade rod.
- Experience in reading plans and stakes and the ability to check grades.
