Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbeds. Your commitment to safety and professionalism will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service during their time of need. $22.00-25.00 PER Hour Depending on experience Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations. Perform vehicle recovery and towing services for customers experiencing breakdowns or accidents. Conduct pre-trip inspections of tow trucks to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs. Assist with basic automotive diagnostics and repairs as needed during roadside assistance calls. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including mileage and fuel usage. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to service requests. Qualifications
MUST LIVE WITHIN MISSOULA CITY LIMITS.
Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Familiarity with operating flatbed tow trucks and other towing equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude are essential. Must be able to pass a DOT drug test.
