Job Description

Re-roller operator Responsibilities
  • Perform quality checks prior to rolling product
  • Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
  • Roll products into desired lengths based on customer specifications.
  • Meet daily production quotas
  • Produces the required quantity of products within established specifications and tolerances.
  • Measures finished product with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Follows 6S lean manufacturing standards Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations. Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
  • Repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Must be able to lift 70 pounds at a time. Will use cranes to lift and move products.
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect products produced.
