R & J Tree Service Inc. is looking for a motivated Groundman to join our team! As a Groundman, you'll play a key role in supporting our climbers and keeping job sites safe and efficient. No two days are the same—and if you enjoy working outdoors and being hands-on, this job is for you!

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting climbers and crew leaders on job sites Operating chainsaws, chippers, and other tree service equipment Dragging and chipping brush Cleaning up debris and maintaining a safe work area Loading and unloading tools and materials Communicating with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Safety-focused mindset Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person! Must have valid drivers license
