Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery, including Excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and the successful completion of construction projects. The Equipment Operator will work closely with other team members to maintain safety standards and achieve project goals. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as Excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, Skid steer, and water trucks on construction sites. Perform loader operation tasks efficiently to assist in building and site preparation. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safe working conditions. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery. Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area around the equipment. Experience Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while following instructions from supervisors. Previous experience in building or construction projects is advantageous.
