Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Brasfield & Gorrie is currently accepting applications for a well-rounded Heavy Equipment Operator to support site work on an active project. Below are the main responsibilities for this position. (This description may not include all duties required of this position) What you'll be running: Backhoe, dozer, excavator, mini excavator, skid steer, roller/compactor, and forklift — operating several types of power construction equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures, or perform other sitework tasks. What you'll be doing: Backfill and grading Maintaining haul roads Storm pipe installation May repair and maintain equipment in addition to other duties Education•Skills•Knowledge•
Qualifications & Experience:
What we're looking for: Comfortable operating multiple pieces of equipment listed above — competent and safe on each Experience with grading and backfill work Storm drainage/piping experience a plus Team player who can adapt to changing site needs day to day Safety-first mindset; must adhere to safety protocol and work in a drug-free environment 3 years Industrial Construction Equipment Operator experience preferred If you can run a variety of equipment and like the fact that no two days look the same, we want to hear from you.
