Job Description
PRO Land | Snow is looking for dependable, safety-minded Snow Removal Equipment Operators to join our team this winter season. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating heavy equipment to clear snow and ice from commercial properties to ensure safe and accessible conditions for our clients. Key Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment such as loaders, skid steers, plow trucks, and other machinery. Safely clear snow and apply de-icing materials to driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and roadways. Inspect and maintain equipment before, during, and after use to ensure proper operation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members during snow events. Respond promptly to snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and local regulations. Qualifications Previous experience operating snow removal equipment preferred (loader, skid steer, or plow truck). Valid driver's license Ability to work long and overnight hours in cold weather conditions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
